We are a diverse parish community that welcomes all people and strives to serve all. Our vibrant, active faith community welcomes approximately 2000 worshippers every weekend. We are 90% Hispanic and provide all ministerial services in English and Spanish. We also serve as a regional ministry hub for families with children with special needs and for the Deaf community.
Our new church building was precisely built with that in mind, making it a unique place where all are welcome to gather and worship. One will find various spaces throughout the church for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.
We are pleased to offer Mass services:
The folk art quilt depicts Jesus surrounded by a group of people. There are 7 different skin tones used and fabrics from or representing Peru, Holland, India, Navajo Indians, Mexico, Scotland, Philippines, Hungary, Tanzania, Jewish, Ecuador. Many fabrics were donated by parish members to represent their heritage. Also included are a child and adult in a wheelchair and two people using canes. Jesus' arms are open wide to welcome all of us at St. Alexander parish. - Mary Kline
